Por que é tão difícil escrever software seguro?




Desenvolvimento de software é uma tarefa difícil o suficiente quando temos
de nos preocupar apenas com os requisitos funcionais, então o que dizer
quando precisamos produzir software que funciona como esperado, é rápido e
seguro? 

Nessa palestra focamos na necessidade de convergência sobre quesitos de
segurança entre todos os papéis existentes no ciclo de desenvolvimento de
software, e descrevemos como a produção de software seguro é essencialmente
uma consequência direta deste alinhamento.

Ulisses Albuquerque é consultor de segurança em aplicações e possui grande
experiência na área de desenvolvimento de software, passando por
desenvolvimento de drivers para dispositivos em plataformas Linux
embarcadas, Trusted Computing e ferramentas de suporte a equipes de managed
security services. Ele possui mais de 15 anos de experiência em
desenvolvimento com foco em segurança, gerenciou várias equipes e ministrou
cursos de pós-graduação sobre diversos tópicos relacionados a práticas de
desenvolvimento seguro.
